This course prepares participants to maintain the Vault platform. Whether your company is using an R&D Vault (eTMF, QualityDocs, or RIM) or a Commercial Vault (PromoMats or MedComms), the skills you learn in this class can be applied to the entire Vault suite. Topics covered include: Vault platform core features, configuring user access, security, object management, document type management, lifecycles, workflows, and reporting. Attendees are eligible to complete the Vault Platform Administrator Certification after attending this course
